Maybe it will unlock at a later date, maybe it won't. You won't know if the achievement has a problem on the developers side or Microsoft's side. Essentially this is how achievements are now: Meet the requirements and it may or may not unlock. They've broken a system that didn't need tinkering with, at this point that's all there is to it. I'll wait for a fix and an official announcement, which I don't expect any time soon, considering they've already said that it's fixed, which it isn't.

I won't even bother going through all of those steps based on feedback from reliable members of the site and knowing the bullshit responses that support doles out. They just want you to mess around with your console that's it.until they fixed this issue. Trust me I'm familiar with all those steps and even playing/trying to unlock them on a different Xbox One. Proof? Those two links should suffice and yeah I was ALSO IN CONTACT with a official Microsoft support-member who told me things that I already knew: That's all crap and not a 100% method to unlock LOCKED (100%) achievements, I can confirm that as clear as the sun. Sync to cloud (automatic, just don't push cancel) Hard Reset (Hold power until console shuts down, unplug power supply) It worked for me, so I'm going to post it here in hopes that it will help others. I finally got fed up and went to MS support who gave me a step-by-step fix for the achievement issue.
